Their Stories. Their Strengths. Your Impact.

Every day, students at The Howard School experience transformative moments—a complex concept finally clicking, the courage to speak up, or the confidence to embrace a new challenge. Hear from Howard School parents, students, and teachers about what these meaningful moments mean to them by watching their stories.

These inspiring journeys sit at the heart of The Howard Fund, the school's annual giving campaign. Every dollar raised directly enriches the daily learning experiences that help students grow, thrive, and find their voices.

Parent Volunteer Opportunities Are Available

The Parents Association (PA) is looking for parent volunteers to help with Faculty and Staff Appreciation Week and The Howard School Book Fair. Whether it's for an hour or a few hours, all help is appreciated.

Faculty and Staff Appreciation Week - Baked Goods Wanted

Sweet Retreat Day is Thursday, Oct. 22, and the Parent Association is asking families to help make the day extra sweet for The Howard School’s wonderful faculty and staff.

Families are invited to donate baked goods in individual portions—cookies, brownies, cupcakes, bars, and other easy-to-grab treats are all welcome.

PA representatives will be at Lower School and High School drop-off locations on Thursday, Oct. 22 to collect all donations. Thank you for helping make Sweet Retreat a special day for the faculty and staff.

Volunteers for The Howard School Book Fair:

A variety of flexible shift options are available Nov. 13-20 throughout the book fair. Parents and community members are welcome to sign up for single time slots, half days, or full days depending on their availability.

To review open shifts and join in supporting the event, visit the Book Fair Volunteer SignUpGenius.
